We’re super excited to bring you Fetch Play, our newest points-packed feature. Fetch Play unlocks a whole new world of points in the app, allowing you to earn for downloading popular games and hitting in-game milestones.

What is Fetch Play?

Fetch Play is a new in-app feature that allows you to earn points for playing games within our game library. Unlike the Daily Reward, you don’t need to snap a receipt or wait 24 hours (or any time at all) to play again and earn more points. With Fetch Play, you can play as long as you want, all the while continuing to boost your points balance, allowing you to earn free gift cards in the app that much faster!

How can I earn gift cards by playing games with Fetch Play?

Fetch Play earns you points for downloading and playing popular games on Android and iOS. The way you earn points is by reaching certain milestones, completing in-game challenges and more. Just like the Fetch points you earn snapping your shopping receipts, the points you get from playing Fetch Play games can then be redeemed for gift cards to dozens of popular retailers, including Amazon, Target, and Starbucks, as well as gamer-favorite gift cards for Razer Gold, Nintendo, Playstation, Xbox, and more!

How do I access Fetch Play?

Launch Fetch Play from the Social tab in the app. If it’s your first time using the feature, you’ll tap the ‘Play now’ button to get started. 

Once you’ve started using Fetch Play, returning to the feature is just as simple: from the Social tab in the app, simply click ‘Play’ at the top of your screen (located to the right of ‘Feed’) and then tap the ‘Play now’ button.

Which games earn me points?

Games available on Fetch Play are different for everyone! Some of the most popular Fetch Play games include Monopoly Go, Spider Solitaire, Coin Master, Candy Crush Soda Saga, Dice Dreams, Bingo Blitz, and Family Island*. Head to the Fetch Play section of the app to see which games are waiting for you. 

*Again, not all games are available to all Fetch Play gamers. Keep checking back, as more games are always being added!

How long does it take to earn points with Fetch Play?

Once you’ve completed a game’s required task or challenge, your Fetch points will be awarded within 24 hours. If you’re checking the app immediately after completing the challenge and not yet seeing your points, that’s why. Don’t worry – your points are on the way!

Do I need to snap a receipt to play?

Nope, Fetch Play is always available and ready to play. Use it to earn points whenever you’d like! 

Are the games free to download?

Yes, all games featured on Fetch Play are free to download and play. Certain games may prompt you to spend money on in-game microtransactions, but those purchases aren’t required to play games and earn Fetch points. You’ll never have to spend Fetch points to play games either!

What if I’m not an experienced gamer?

Not only are there a wide range of games available, but it’s also important to us that Fetch Play games are enjoyable for all ages and experience levels, from novice to seasoned gamers. Regardless of your gaming background, you’ll find Fetch Play is a fun new way to earn points!

What if I don’t have time for game apps?

We’ve all spent time idly scrolling on our phones waiting for an appointment or standing in the checkout line at the grocery store. With Fetch Play, not only can you squeeze in some fun during those down times, but you can keep boosting your Fetch points balance even without snapping a receipt.

Do I need to enable tracking to use Fetch Play?

Yes, in order to earn points, you need to allow your Fetch Play game activity to be tracked. This is how our app is able to tell when you’ve completed the different in-game milestones that earn you points. Our help site has clear instructions on how to enable tracking on your smart device. And rest assured that, as with all use of the app, your personal information is safe and secure with Fetch.

What happened to the Fetch Daily Reward?

Fetch Play replaces Daily Reward in the app. This new, always-on feature brings you more opportunities to earn more points even faster. Don’t believe us? In the first month of Fetch Play being available, Fetch users earned an average of 4,921 points each, compared to an average of 114 points per month with Daily Reward. Talk about a points boost!
