Ever wondered how Fetch is building America’s No. 1 rewards app? Curious about career opportunities at Madison’s most exciting consumer-tech company? Now’s your chance to meet the team (and check out our gorgeous new office)!
We’re kicking off a brand-new event series, Fetch Tech Connect, on October 6th at 5 p.m. in our new global headquarters in Madison. We’ll have drinks and appetizers, networking opportunities, and presentations from two of our tech leaders.
Heidi Wagner, VP of GSD (Getting Stuff Done) and Backend Engineer will speak on the tech evolution in the early stages of a startup, touching on the scrappy execution and collaborative efforts that got Fetch off the ground in the early days when we had limited resources. A Madison-based Fetch veteran with an engineering background that spans more than two decades, Heidi has been a driving force in the company’s forward-thinking culture and she’s passionate about mentoring women in tech.
Brandon Hawker, Software Engineering Lead & Manager for Backend and Mobile, will break down how Fetch has scaled a tech organization with micro services. Also based in Madison, Brandon is another longtime Fetcher with extensive experience as a software engineer, app developer, technical lead, and entrepreneur. Plus, he’s an all-around great guy.
The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session with our tech leaders. We hope you can join us!
