By Kate Michael

February 9, 2023

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and if you’re like us at Fetch, you want to share your love — for all of the special someones, shopping, and saving! And since Target is one of America’s favorite stores with aisle upon aisle of necessities as well as little indulgences that no shopper can get enough of, we knew it would be a perfect place to shop for a little Cupid’s kiss for Mom.

Want to get Mom a gift you know will set her heart aflutter? Flowers, candy, and jewelry are great, and of course you can find those at Target, too, but this year, we picked some unique favorites and arranged them for many different types of moms. So even if you’re on a budget, you can show Mom that she’s always in your heart.

Remember Valentine’s Day is on February 14th, so here are fourteen gift ideas for moms, all under $20!

For the Mom Loving Comfort and Self-Care

Beloved Cherry Blossom & Tea Rose Bath Bomb ($5.89)

Not only are bath bombs an effervescent and enjoyable way to relax and destress in the tub, but these from Beloved nourish skin with essential oils and will pamper Mom’s senses with the delicate floral and mildly fruity scents of sweet cherry blossom and tea rose.

Pacifica Eye Bright Undereye Vitamin C Spot Serum Mask ($4.99)

To help Mom look and feel less puffy and better rested, these decadent under eye patches hydrate and moisturize the skin and reduce the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles. Anti-aging benefits are the ultimate gift of love, plus these are 100% vegan and cruelty free.

Ulta Beauty Rose Quartz Facial Roller ($20)

Even if she has just a moment of bliss, Mom can indulge in some massage while soothing, calming, and easing tension in her facial muscles with this roller that stimulates blood flow to her face and temporarily tightens the skin. Bonus points for how it feels when it’s fresh out of the fridge.

Solid Silk Eye Mask by Casaluna ($15)

Eye masks block out light for a good night’s sleep or provide a calming effect to help with headaches and other stresses. This one from Casaluna is 100% silk, so it’s soft on skin and has a fabric covered elastic band so it won’t tug on Mom’s hair.

For the Mom Loving Fashion

Essie Nail Polish ($10.59)

Everyone loves a good manicure… or even a simple polish change! Essie’s salon quality formula certainly makes life more colorful, and is known to last longer with less chipping and wear. For Valentine’s Day, we especially love one named Eternal Optimist — because that’s definitely Mom, right?

dluxe by Dearfoam slippers ($20)

Oh so cozy and comfortable, Dearfoam slippers are pillows for Mom’s feet, and even the holiday-inspired ones come in a variety of colors and styles at Target. She’ll love the cushioned insole with memory foam supports and you’ll delight in the embroidered Valentine’s day details.

For the Mom Loving Moments of Zen

All In Motion Yoga Mat  ($16.99)

If your Mom could use a break from her busy lifestyle to focus on the flow, gift her this lightweight and durable yoga mat so she can work on enlightenment and transition from pose to pose whether at home or in the yoga studio. It has the perfect amount of cushioning. Add in the All in Motion Yoga Block ($7.99) or Gaiam Foam Roller ($15.99) if she needs extra tools to maintain proper alignment and balance.

All in Motion Weighted Jump Rope ($9.99)

There’s just something about getting in the rhythm of jump-rope exercise that stimulates your brain while also eliminating stress. This jump rope makes a great gift because it’s known to reduce anxiety and depression while also offering intense exercise. And then there’s the fact that it might remind Mom of a happy childhood. What could be better?

Prismacolor Premier 12-pack Colored Pencils ($10.49)

There’s almost nothing as soothing as relieving anxiety through coloring, and this pack of premier colored pencils is ready to calm Mom’s brain and help her body relax. It features inspired colors and pigments of unrivaled quality, so she can express her art in its purest form, lift her mood and increase her mindfulness.

Project 62 Glass Jar Lavender and Eucalyptus Candle ($5-$20)

Candles create an inviting ambience. Mom is sure to appreciate this softly scented candle that casts a soothing glow and gently flickering shadows on the walls and will tempt her to relax and unwind after a long day.

For the Mom Loving Time in the Kitchen

Dash Heart-Mini Waffle Maker  ($9.99)

Gadgets are always exciting gifts and this one comes paired with convenience and cuteness! The Dash mini-waffle maker has 4” of nonstick cooking surfaces that clean easily, and its waffles lift in one step. If hearts aren’t quite right, there’s also one in an xoxo shape to make the coolest mini-waffles in minutes.

Stoneware Love Ya, Mean It Mug ($7)

Your Mom will love enjoying her favorite hot or cold drinks from this memorable mug that says everything you want her to know on Valentine’s Day: Love Ya, Mean It! And if you want to make the gift extra special, pair it with her favorite tea or coffee, or fill it with candies or cookies you know she’ll equally love to savor while she sips.

For the Mom Loving Reading

Whether your mom needs poetry, a little romance, or just an escape from the everyday, getting lost in a good book is always a good idea, and Target has books of all kinds. For Valentine’s Day, we especially love something like Untamed by Glenn Doyle ($14.63), Brené Brown’s Atlas of the Heart ($17.78), or Flowers, Crowns and Fearsome Things by Amanda Lovelace ($14.99) — a Target Exclusive.

A heartfelt greeting card is always a great gift. Of course you’ll want to spend time in the Target card aisle making sure it says exactly how you feel about your own marvelous mother, but be sure to write your own note inside to make it super special.

Now that you have some great Valentine’s gift ideas for mom at Target, don’t forget to load your receipts to Fetch to do a little something nice for yourself as well.
